Dear Brothers,
1. my family is going back to home country Bangladesh.Rent of My Apartment is bed plus living Room. One Bath.valid upto st August and renewable. Includes all utilities Heat, Water and Electricity. 2nd floor.
Avenue NW, Whitehall square, Boardwalk complex. bus stops in front of the complex, about min walk from unit. University of Alberta main campus is just min Bus distance, South campus LRT station is minutes bus or On Demand distance.(Walmart and Safeway is a min walk). CIBC, RBC, TD Bank branch min walk.public library is minutes walk.West Edmonton Mall is around min bus.
3. Rent sharing: Flat has 2 bedrooms and one living Room, living room is larger than the other two rooms. If only two people reside, I'll share CAD and another roommate needs to share CAD until the 3rd roommate is found. Whenever the 3rd roommate is available, the rent can be shared as . Rooms can be distributed by lottery. In the case of 3 roommates, if no one prefers to reside in the living room, I have no problem to live in living room.The Den that can be used as a home office room.
4. security deposit of , until August , other roommates don't need to share. I also pay rental insurance, no need to share until August.
5. Though the flat has one bathroom, most of the time I stay at university campus for 7 days ( from around PM). The large dining table, 5 seats. One can freely use a mattress with a bedframe, and I'll use another mattress. The 3rd one needs to collect a mattress and frame.
6. In- building laundry room, and dish-washer in the unit.The complex has two storied huge garages, maybe some fee but information can be obtained if someone need.
