Room for Rent

Description

1 room for rent. The room can be furnished if requested. The room is in the front of the house.

I have 2 kids I have custody of. I am protective of who I have around them. When I have them I do not want a roommate that is having people over (outside of family or a friend). With respectful discussions I can be flexible. My schedule during most of the year with my kids is we’re at soccer days of the week, multiple games on weekends. So we’re gone out of the house more than we’re home.

When I don’t have my kids, I’m much more relaxed on house guests.

Common areas are all shared, I cook quite a bit for my kids and there’s always extra food, so you’d more than likely have home cooked meals pretty regularly.

I keep to myself, I don’t have people over often, I mainly work and come home.

I have one medium sized dog who is my shadow so he won’t be getting into your things. I’d be apprehensive on if you have a dog, mainly because he will want to play % of the time and doesn’t have an off button when it comes to playing with another dog. Cats he’s usually been indifferent towards.

I’m easy going and laid back. Mostly what I care about is my sleep, and the kitchen not being a disaster after cooking.
