We’re renting a fully furnished private room in a charming Victorian-style home located in the heart of RiNo / of Denver’s most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods.

Location & Neighborhood
You’ll be a 5-minute walk to Larimer Street, one block from Welton Street, and close to coffee shops, yoga studios, restaurants, and concert venues like Cervantes and Larimer Lounge. Union Station is about 7 minutes away, City Park is minutes east, and the light rail is just one block from the house. The street has a friendly, community-oriented feel while staying close to everything Denver has to offer.

The Room
The room is on the main floor and filled with natural light. It comes furnished with a bed, dresser, built-in closet, and flat-screen TV, and can be unfurnished if preferred. It’s freshly painted and move-in ready.

Bathrooms & Common Areas
There are two bathrooms in the house. The downstairs full bathroom is next to the room and would be primarily yours. Washer and dryer are also located downstairs. Shared spaces include a cozy living room with couches, books, a piano, and a large TV, plus a chef-friendly kitchen with a gas stove and quality cookware that opens into a spacious dining room.

Outdoor Space & Pets
The home features a large, fully enclosed backyard with seating areas, grill, firepit, outdoor projector, and a doggie door. Pets are welcome upon approval. We have a very chill and friendly cat, so pet compatibility is important.
