I am looking for 1 room to rent out

Description

I have 2 smalls dogs I need to bring with me, they have all their shots up to date. I travel every 2 months for a week or two at a time. I have a long distance boyfriend that visits every 2 months a week at a time and I will cover any increase in utilities when they are there, but they are the only person that will really stay overnight
. I will give a notice way in advance when they decide to visit. I rarely drink or smoke.
