Room & Bathroom for Female Roomate

Description

Hello! I’m a young travel professional with an extra bedroom available for rent in my fully furnished home. I’m away for about weeks every 3 months, so you’d have the place mostly to yourself. Must be comfortable being alone and willing to look after my two dogs—a Labrador and a Husky (your personal bodyguards). The home is located on the south side of Houston, between Pearland and Missouri City, in a quiet and safe neighborhood with convenient access to major roads and areas.

Ideal Roommate:
•Female with secured employment and a personal vehicle (men & couples, kindly do not inquire).
•Must be okay with animals, but no additional pets are allowed as my dogs are protective of their space.

The Room:
•Located across from the guest bathroom, which would primarily be yours (but should be kept clean for guests).
•The room is unfurnished with a large closet, allowing you to decorate as you wish.
•You are welcome to bring your own furniture, towels, and personal items. I do have an extra twin bed, TV stand, bedside tables and a set of drawers available if needed.

House Details:
•All bills are included in the rent, including internet and streaming services
•You’ll be responsible for your own groceries, laundry detergent, and standard household items.
•I’m protective of the energy in my home, so I’d prefer minimal visitors (I usually only have one visitor per month when I’m home, if any at all).
•While I’m tidy and like to keep my house organized, one of my dogs sheds a lot, so expect some dog hair.
•I am a -friendly smoker, but all smoking must be done outside.
