The shared living areas include a bright, welcoming living room with a lovely wood burning fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a Large deck and backyard. Gardening in the yard is welcomed. Shared areas are furnished.

About roommates:
You will have 2 kind adult male room-mates. One is a fine gardener by trade and loves to enjoy the outdoors and playing his guitar in his free time. He loves the area and is a clean and considerate room-mate. The other is an engineer and he is also very considderate and friendly. He has his own bath in the master and keeps to himself most of the time.

I manage this home from afar with the help of my more local parents and we always handle anything that comes up in a timely manner.
