About the apartment:
The apartment has 5 bedrooms, but one room next to mine has been unoccupied, so there are only 3 other roommatestotal. All roommates are incredibly respectful, clean, and genuinely sweet.

* In-unit washer & dryer
* Full kitchen
* Comfortable living room with a large TV
* My bedroom has a beautiful view
* Fully furnished with a bed & mattress, side table, desk, and clothing storage
* Since the room next to mine has been empty, I’ve had a bathroom directly across from my room all to myself

Building amenities include:
* Heated pool & hot tub (open year-round)
* An amazing gym
* Self-serve coffee, hot cocoa, and tea bar
* Podcast room

* Vending machines (snacks, household items, and even small appliances)
