We are a 2 minute drive to Kroger, a TON of restaurants, Starbucks etc!There are female living at the house now with one room available.They are all in their mid to late twenties, working professionals who keep to themselves. You would be sharing the bathroom with the three other roomies.We have a cleaning lady come once per month along with lawn care every 2 weeks.The room is fully furnishedNo pets please.There is also a neighborhood pool, tennis courts Available now $/month including utilities
