Multiple rooms for rent

Description

I currently occupy the master bedroom in a bath house. Renting out two of the available 3 rooms. Price will vary depending on which room you decide on. House comes with washer/dryer, full kitchen, garage, and fenced in backyard. Looking for respectable roommates with steady income. No smoking or partying. I currently have 2 large dogs so would prefer no other pets, but open to them depending on the situation.
