Direct deposit is the same amount as rent ($) Month-to-month room for rent in a great neighborhood, perfect for an SDSU student (about 8 minutes away). No pets. Easy street parking (the street is wide so there’s almost always a spot), on- laundry, and a super convenient location, walking distance to , restaurants, and grocery stores, plus just a few blocks from Costco and a cute park right next door. The kitchen and living room are spacious and homey, and the bathroom is shared with one roommate.

Preferably women only, since you’ll be living with two female roommates, Daisy and Tracy. They’re both super sweet and respectful, work full-time, and the home stays very quiet, great for studying and relaxing. They also love decorating for the holidays, which makes the place feel extra cozy.
