Private room for rent

Hey I’m a
year old with 2toddlers looking to rent two rooms , I have a 3bed two bath apartment .I don’t smoke -I drink maybe
twice a year .i don’t party .I don’t mind if you smoke as long as it’s outside , I don’t mind if you drink either. lgbtq+ friendly . You can use anything in the kitchen (ice maker,coffee machine,air fryer ,pots pans etc ) , I have a washer and dryer in my unit as well as a pantry . You will have your own bathroom .utilities +wifi included in rent . I know this is all over the place so sorry ! - only thing I ask is that you clean after yourself and pay rent on time (every first of the month).
