Looking for a private room

Description

I work long hours at a medical group. I primarily need a drama/stress free place to unwind after work and sleep. I have plants (I have a very green thumb) but no pets. I love animals, it just hasn't been in the cards since my senior dog passed away. I have tattoos, I'm a queer non-binary female, I'm goth. I mention those things just because it's important for me to feel safe. I may occasionally bring someone home, and would like to feel able to do so, even though it very rarely happens.
I also drive a small BMW, I'd love to have a place to park it (that can be on the street, in a driveway, wherever).
