Hello Everyone! My room in the Hub Atlanta is available for sublease starting January ! I am a graduating Georgia Tech student starting work out of state. My room has an attached bathroom and is a part of a bath apartment with a shared kitchen space and living area.

The rent is $/month, but is negotiable. Apartment also comes with an OPTIONAL parking pass for $/month. Annual utility fee is paid, but water and sewer are charged monthly.

-Windows that can open facing peachtree st.

Hub Atlanta is located on Spring St adjacent to the Publix and Taco Bell for easy access to Midtown and Georgia Tech Campus. The apartment is pretty new with a contemporary study lounge/lobby and gym. Apartment also has a rooftop pool and hot tub that overlooks I- and McCamish Pavilion.
There are young male tenants that occupy the two other bedrooms; both are GT graduates either working in Atlanta full time or in graduate
