Looking to rent basement or room!

Description

I am preferably looking for a basement to rent out, but I would also rent a room in the right place. I have one cat who is super friendly and is never destructive to furniture. She is mostly sitting on her cat tree, looking out the window, or sunbathing all day. I work long hours and sometimes very late nights. When I am at home I like to keep things tidy and just relax. I do sometimes have guests but if that’s something that you are not comfortable with I will compromise. Overall I believe in having a peaceful and respectful relationship with roommates☺️
