Room for rent in Boyle Heights

We’re looking for a third housemate to join our home in Boyle Heights / City Terrace. We’re up on a hill with a really pretty view of downtown (golden hour is especially nice). The room is available now and we’re hoping to fill it ASAP.

A bit about us: I’m (he/him), work in the auto industry, and am also a part-time political science student. My roommate is (she/her) and works in the entertainment/nonprofit world. We’re friendly, low-key, and value open communication and keeping shared spaces clean.

About the room:
Small but cozy upstairs bedroom with great natural light, a large window with DTLA skyline views, and a tiny walk-in closet (fits hanging clothes + some shelf storage). Unfurnished, carpeted, and has a ceiling fan.

Bathroom:
Downstairs shared bathroom used by you + guests (we’re respectful about sharing).

House vibes:
Big backyard, deck with skyline views, shared living room and full kitchen. We like cooking, listening to vinyl, watching shows together, and keeping the house peaceful.

Location:
N Alma Ave, (City Terrace). Easy access to DTLA, Pasadena, and Glendale via the .

Ideally looking for someone around our age who’s clean, communicative, and kind. No pets preferred
