Living room for rent

Full time job is required (will be open for discussion)
Master bed room off limits all the time
Camera setup in master bedroom and eventually the living room, only for protection. (I will never look at the camera if you are home, i respect privacy)
Smoking allowed (only vapes and weed carts, herbs you go outside)
3 cats that will roam the apartment.
Privacy is a priority and will be discussed more if interested.
More inquiries will be needed when we discuss.
Required to pay by the month. No deadline, just pay the month of rent.
legally obligated to terminate the agreement whenever no payment is met or you constantly cause a disturbance. very laid back so most people are welcome. NO DRUGS (weed acceptable, no herbs in house only carts. Smoke herbs outside, okay with mushrooms and acid) just no hard drugs like heroine, meth, and fent is immediate termination/kicked out.
