Preference for a male roomate and must be pet friendly as I have a dog. $ a month all utilities included. This is for one adult with no children. The room has two closets, ceiling fan, two windows, and currently has a bed and desk which could be removed or stay. The house has two full bathrooms. Neither would be private.
