Looking for roommate

Description

Current roommate will be moving out at the end of December and I will need someone for January 1st! Information will have to be given to the front office to be put on the lease. It has a closet and patio door in the room, as well as your own bathroom across the hall. Bathroom may be used by guests from time to time, but it’s rare. I have a black lab who is very quiet. I work as a window cleaner during the day, but I also stream during night time. Typically quiet, but the occasional noise (due to the streaming).
