Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in mid to late January of . I live in a and candidate must be female as I have two female roommates. Rent is $ insurance and valet trash. Utilizes range between $, but stay quite low during the winter. On-unit washer and dryer! My roommates are very clean and one is hardly there. There is also a covered parking spot available!
