Sublease Takeover

I will be moving out of my current apartment. I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The lease ends in August . Apartment is located in Durham, in the RTP area, 7 mins from southpoint

About the space: The apartment is the "Rougemont" floor plan, it is a sq ft, open floor plan, with a townhouse style entrance. You will have your own bathroom and bedroom, the apartment will be shared with a year old male professional, Kunle, and Sarabi the cat, his ESA. Rent is $ before fees and utilities. After including fees, utilities and internet, cost is around $ a month.

All the furniture you see in the living room photos is Kunle's, so you will be moving into a furnished living space including a couches, a living room tv with tv stand, and a kitchen table with four chairs. The furniture in the bedroom is mine. The bedroom will be cleaned out and all the furniture will be gone, before you move in. The apartment also comes with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, and refrigerator.
