Looking for a single occupant to rent out a room in our townhouse on the border of Oceanside and Vista! My son lives there with two other guys and they mostly just relax and cook after long days at work. No parties or anything like that to worry about, and we do not allow pets, sorry. As a veteran family, we are military friendly. Security deposit equal to one months rent and paystubs/proof of income required.
