A detached house located in Central Park and Bramalea intersection, right infront of Chinguacousy Park and just 4 mins drive to all the amenities like Freshco, Bramalea City Centre, Walmart, Shopper's Drug, etc.

Bramalea Bus Terminal at mins walk, Bramalea Go Bus Terminal mins drive.

I have 3 bedrooms at upper floor of a detached house, all the rooms have windows (just if you prefer bright rooms)

Room 1: Can be shared with two female friends, otherwise share with a room mate. It comes with two double size beds, side tables with lamps and two spacious closets. The price for this room can be discussed with both the room mates and it is slightly higher than the other rooms since it's a master bedroom with two closets!
Room 2: One twin size bed with side table, lamp and a closet.
Room 3: One double size bed, table and lamp. Closet included.

Kitchen and Washroom will be shared, and parking can be provided upon extra fee per month. All the rooms are available for occupancy.
