Washington Ave bath

Description

Hi, we are looking for two people to take over our lease from January to July at Washington Ave.
We will cover the first month’s rent, so you will only need to pay from February to July.
The rent is $ per person (total $ for two).
However, we will adjust it so that your effective rent becomes $ per person by providing $
in cash per personat the start of the lease.
(Meaning: each person receives $ as compensation.)
The apartment is very clean, and all furniture is in excellent condition.
It is located right in front of the university, so the location is extremely convenient.
We can also provide kitchenware (plates, cups, utensils) and hangers for free.
Move-in is available starting mid-December.
