$ Room in Easthampton

My roommate and I have a very cheap sq ft room opening up in our house in Easthampton.
Looking for someone to sublet with us from January to June with an option to renew the 6 month lease in June if all goes well. First month and security deposit ($ total) needed for move in, plus an easy application. Utilities are not included but are usually on lower end.
A little about us:

Seida- working student in her s. Dork, gamer, laid-back.

Siobhan: nursing student in her s working in recovery housing. Quiet, book-lover.

Also included: Huge backyard with shared garden (plus we get a lot of wild mint and black raspberries in the summer); wrap around front porch
Other details: Washing machine and dryer in the basement. We’re about a min walk to downtown, and a 5 min walk to the bike trail.
Accessibility info: 1st floor apartment but the house has about 5 steps; not a low-fragrance home; no dogs, sorry!
