Peaceful house in Commerce City

Description

Looking for one lady to join me and one other roommate in the house I own in Commerce City (near the Drive-in theater). $/month + split utilities (room is ’). Flexible lease options and ready for move-in Jan ($ security deposit).

No pets or allowed, but I promise I'm still a fun person . We do have backyard chickens that you are welcome to join splitting costs and fresh eggs, along with gardening space if interested.

I work for a youth mentoring non-profit and my roommate is a folk musician and does contract marketing. We are passionate about faith, people, and all things Colorado (skiing, hiking, camping, music, etc). We appreciate a home that is clean, peaceful/chill/mindful of one another, and one of hospitality. We tend to all have our own lives coming and going, but enjoy having friendly roommates to catch up with when we are around.
