We have an extra private room in our house. We’re sharing bathroom and the kitchen. We have furniture in kitchen and the living room. You would need to get your own furniture for the room. You can contact us about the rules and any details of the house. The location is very close to route . There are many grocery stores, gym, bus stop to NYC at walking distance

We are 2 guys living together for a long time. We both working at the same place for full time. One of us also student in a university. We are not cannabis or smoke friendly. The house a strict rule for that. We are looking for a responsible, clean and compatible person. The bills are not included in the price. We generally pay around $ per person for the bills.
