Wanted: missing roommate

Description

Hi, looking for a friendly roommate to share a two bedroom apartment in Pasadena. The unit is comfortable, quiet and in a great location close to parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and transit.

You'll have your own unfurnished bedroom. The rest of the house is fully furnished. We will share the living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. The building has on- laundry, a pool, and shared parking. Utilities are spilt evenly each month.

Any new roommate will need to apply through the landlord to get approved. There's a $ application free for the credit/background check. NO DEPOSIT is required, since the original deposit is already on file. Move-in cost is just the first month's rent of $


Rent includes: Garbage, Gas, Water
