Hello! My roommate and I are moving out in December and looking for someone to take over our lease!

It’s a 3-bedroom home with a spacious living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and in-unit washer and dryer. The house has driveway parking, a garage, basement, and backyard with a patio and grill.

The location is super convenient—only a -minute walk to the Nittany Lion Shrine, near several bus routes (N, V, W, and AC), and close to Patee and Paterno Library (2 minutes by car or bus). CVS, Kimchi, Domino’s, and bike trails are all nearby, and the house is next to the PSU golf course.

Rent is $ for the two available rooms (willing to negotiate price of the larger $ room A). Utilities (electricity, trash, and water) usually range between $/month. Internet is included in the rent. Everything is furnished except the bedrooms, but my roommate and I are willing to sell our bedroom furniture for very cheap.

The 2 rooms are available for sublease until July, with the option to continue renting long-term. You will be sharing the house with a female roommate who would prefer female roommates.
