My name is Kylee & I’m looking for a roommate(s) to look for an apartment with/snag an open room starting January 1st!

What I’m looking for:
- Private bedroom & bathroom in a B (open to 3 bed) in Santa Monica/Venice/Mar Vista
/Marina del Rey general area
- Would love in-unit washer dryer (at minimum onsite!), dishwasher, and parking spot
My budget is $!

A little about me:
- I am years old & work full time in experiential marketing!
- I love to workout, hiking, going on walks, running, beach days, etc.
- Huge foodie I’m always down for a new restaurant, coffee shop, or sweet treat!
- I enjoy going out casually with friends but don’t want to bring the party home, would love to keep the space clean and comfortable!
