Hey fam! I’m looking to welcome two grounded, respectful housemates into my home starting in January. The house is a cozy BA bungalow near Plaza Midwood (Downs Ave)—quiet street, big porch, fenced yard, and lots of light. 🌞

You’d be sharing the home with me—a Mexican-American software engineer, meditation teacher, and musician (voice, handpan, djembe, hoop drum). I value quiet mornings, honest communication, and a peaceful, pet-free space. Sound is medicine here, and so is stillness. 🎶🧘🏽‍♂️

🛏️ Each unfurnished room is $/month + shared utilities

🛁 Upstairs rooms share a full bath

📆 Month-to-month through February, then we renew the lease together in March
