Private Room Near Carrollton

Description

My Chinese parents are looking for a roommate. They are very clean, but don't speak too much English. House is located in a convenient and quiet neighborhood, north of Carrollton and Addison, right off George Bush Turnpike.

Room is furnished with a bed and desk already. All utilities are covered, including the internet.

Your room is upstairs. There is one shared bathroom upstairs, and half shared bathroom downstairs. There will be a total of 3 roommates besides my parents. Parking is on the side of the street.

Big room is twelve by ten ft. Small room is by eleven ft.

- No pets allowed
- Must be quiet and clean after yourself
- No smoking or any recreational drug use
- Must pass through a background check
- Requires deposit upon moving in (same as rent)
- Income needs to be at least 3 times of rent
- Minimum 3 months stay
