Description

per month, furnished bedroom for rent in old farmhouse. Wi-Fi, snow removal, trash, electric and water are included. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. First month rent, and a security deposit requested, upon move in, no exceptions.

Viewing by appointment, the weekend is best.

Furniture can be optional. Small walk-in closet with lots of storage shelves. Other amenities (smaller pieces of furniture, microwave, apartment fridge, TV) are also available if wanted.

A well-maintained in ground swimming pool is available for use seasonally.

Washer and Dryer on premise. Wash is free, but please donate dollars for use of Dryer per load towards electric bill.

You will be sharing the kitchen and a bathroom, the latter has a small shower and a sunken tub, with 1 other person. You will share the dining area, and living room with 2 adults. A guest bed is available for the occasional overnight visitor with advance notice.

The house is located on Route , ten minutes from I- from Hinsdale, North field, Bernardston, and downtown Winchester. minutes from Greenfield, Swanzy, Keene, and Brattleboro. Walking distance to Cha's market and gas station.

We have two cats but will consider other indoor pets. No smoking or vaping inside the house or near the animals. No illegal drugs and keep alcohol to a minimum. Room is intended for a single person occupancy.

Lots of wild animals on the property. If wildlife bothers you, this will not be a good fit for you.
