Looking for someone to take over the remaining portion of my lease until around the end of Spring/beginning of Summer. You will then have the option for a yearly renewal. I am flexible on starting date, with a strong preference for beginning of January , but am open to slightly later dates.

This unit is a 2 bedroom in Hell’s Kitchen on th ave. The unit comes with a renovated kitchen and bathroom with stainless steel appliances. I will also leave my bed, desk, window AC unit, and other supplies in my room should you want the bedroom to come furnished as well. The building is a walk-up, has a recently installed free washer/dryer, offers free wifi, media room with big TV setup, and a spacious shared outdoor area. Short walk to Target, Times Square-nd St Station, Penn Station, Port Authority, & lively th Ave restaurants/bars.

The current roommate is a
year old male working in Finance and graduated from NYU. We are looking to fill my room with another male of a similar age that may be interning, part-time working, or studying in the city this upcoming year.
