Looking for a roomate

Hi my name is Jess Verdin.
We are still looking for for someone to take over my Roomate’s lease for end of December or beginning of January ASAP! We live at the Legacy in The Union floor plan on the first floor by the 2nd pool. 💜💛💜💛

❗️We have a small dog in the apartment that doesn’t get along with other animals so we can’t take anyone with a pet. We also would like to find someone who doesn’t smoke or vape, and somewhat quiet (we are all pretty introverted but still hangout). ❗️

There is a fee if you do not have a guarantor that is like $ I believe.
