I’m sure everyone says this but I’m pretty cool, understanding, and open minded. The entire place is furnished except the spare bedroom. The roomate will have access to all furniture and appliances (kitchen stuff, washer, dryer, etc.) and will have access to the spare bedroom and spare bathroom.
