House , bungalow, isolated, rural , outside Gorey , unfurnished, pets must be allowed , long term rental , parking for my two working vehicles , rent and deposit payable in cash ,no issues , good references from people you probably know , must have a working kitchen , a working bathroom, some sort of heating , floors that are easy to wash .
