I own a roofing company: Aloha Roofing. I also own a house in Lakewood. I’m looking to rent a house in Huntington/Fountain Valley/Costa Mesa area as most of my work is in Huntington and Newport. I want to be closer to the beach as well. It will be myself, my wife, and our two small children( years old and a newborn). Looking to move in this summer. In no rush. I just converted my garage to an ADU and we are staying in here now. But once we find a house to rent, I’ll be renting out my ADU and house, which covers my mortgage and some.
