Sublease 1-bedroom in Nobhill

Hi Folks,

I’m subleasing my 1-bedroom apartment in Lower Nob Hill for 3 weeks, with the option to extend to a month if needed.

The apartment is in a great location—surrounded by bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, and just a short walk to Polk Street. It’s also super convenient for public transportation and easy access to the Financial District, Civic Center, North Beach, and Marina.

You’ll be 5 minutes from Trader Joe’s and 8 minutes from Whole Foods, which makes grocery shopping super convenient.

You’ll notice a TV on the floor in the photos — I’ll be hanging it up before you move in (I’ve just recently moved in myself!).

There’s also a cat in the pictures, but don’t worry — she’ll be staying with a friend while I’m out of the country.

Deposit: $ (since the apartment is fully furnished)
