3 bedrooms open in Spanaway

I have 3 rooms coming available ON the th of November!
cleaning fee (non refundable)
for the room with attached bathroom
( for couple)
for the other two which the bathroom is across from the room.
( for couple)
+ share of utilities ($ electric, $ water and gas, $ garbage)
Due the first of every month

NOV WILL BE PRORATED. FULL RENT DUE ON THE FIRST OF DECEMBER

We are a couple , he works nights and I work days. So he’s often up late playing the game on the weekends. He smokes outside. I go out sometimes, and Come home late. We’re pretty laid back people. I cook often. We’re clean people. And expect for you to be clean as well. We don’t mind weed if it’s outside. He likes basketball/sports. Sometimes we play music. We have occasional company. We have a dog who sleeps all day. So no more dogs. Pretty much stay in our room most of the time unless I’m cooking or cleaning. I’ll probably be doing some painting/moving/decorating that first week or two November since the current upstairs tenant will be moving out and taking their stuff.
