Hiya!

My husband and I are seeking a dependable, cat loving roommate. We live right off of Campbell and have a spare bedroom available to rent. We live in a bath house, with a well outfitted kitchen and a backyard that has a privacy fence. We rent through a property management company and have lived here for nearly years now!

My husband drives a truck for a living and I work in a woodshop. I take care of keeping the house clean and tidy, and we both spend the rest of our time loving on our cats. Our four cats are well loved and well taken care of. Their litter boxes are cleaned daily and they are well adjusted and very sweet.

There is a guest bath available for your use with a bathtub and shower. We don't use it unless there is company over. The other bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. We have extra storage space available and a home that is perfect for hosting. My husband loves board games and I collect dishes.

Our ideal roommate has a stable job history, is kind, respectful, and an animal lover. We are LGBT and Friendly, but there's no smoking in the house. The $ rent includes all utilities including Fiber Internet, Electric, Water, Sanitation, Toilet paper for the guest bath, and other supplies like dishwasher detergent and hand soap. We generally don't expect our roommate to take care of household chores outside of picking up after themselves and rinsing dishes before putting them in the sink.

The room has freshly cleaned carpets and coat-hangers in the closet. It catches the morning sun and is located in the back of house farthest away from the noise of the kitchen and living room. We are happy to answer any additional questions.

All applicants must be approved through our leasing company. I believe the application fee is $. Move in can be as soon as your approved, with a possibility for prorating November's rent.
