Hello! We have a private room with a semi-private back entrance in a quiet, creative 4plex community. The rear entrance is shared with one other tenant, but he only uses it occasionally for trash and laundry; he mostly uses his own private entrance.

You’ll share the unit with one other person — a professional writer who keeps to himself, is tidy, and is looking for a like-minded, clean, respectful housemate.

This setup offers the best of both worlds: independent living with your own entrance, and a small, low-key co-living environment with friendly, creative neighbors.
