👋 About Us:
We’re a friendly and easygoing household of four who keep things lowkey and respectful.

🏡 Downstairs: A thirty two -year-old couple — one an engineering student and gamer, the other a real estate professional currently studying cybersecurity.
🏠 Upstairs: A year-old mechanic/contractor who’s usually gone with work, and a thirty -year-old woman who works in a pediatric office and enjoys relaxing movie nights.

Everyone keeps things at an average level of clean, pays bills on time, and respects shared spaces. There’s no parking directly in front of the house, but street parking is very close and always open. We enjoy good vibes and easy communication — not a party house, just a cozy and friendly home.

🙋 About You:
We’re looking for one person with a stable job or reliable income who’s ready to sign a lease and be part of a respectful, easygoing household. You don’t need to be a clean freak, just someone who picks up after themselves and respects shared areas.

Overnight guests are welcome as long as it’s respectful of everyone else. No additional pets at this time.
