Your Own Bedroom: A private and personal space in a brand new home for you to relax.

Shared Upstairs Bathroom: You will share a full bathroom with one other roommate.

Downstairs Half-Bathroom: Convenient for quick use and guests.

Shared Kitchen: The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for your use.

Dedicated Storage:** You'll have allocated space in the pantry and a kitchen cupboard for your food items.

The Home:

3 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms (The two available rooms share one full bathroom upstairs, and there is a half-bathroom downstairs for shared use.)

Comfortable and modern common areas in a brand new setting.

Rent: $ per person per month (includes all utilities and Wi-Fi!)

Looking for: I'm hoping to find male roommates who are clean, respectful, and appreciate a peaceful living environment. To ensure a comfortable home for everyone, there are no alcoholic beverages permitted on the property. I am also looking for individuals who are not looking for live-in partners.
