Private Room for Rent

Description

I am a homeowner in Walton, KY renting out a couple of the spare rooms in my house. I am offering a private room with a shared bathroom (shared only with the other renter), use of the laundry facilities and kitchen, and utilities for the monthly price listed. The move in fee listed is a security deposit collected at the time the lease is signed and returned at the end of the lease as long as terms laid out are met. The location is not on a bus line, so transportation might be needed. There are some fast food places, a grocery store and various other shops close by. Also, relatively easy access to the interstate means getting to Florence or even Cincinnati is not too difficult. The household does have an indoor cat and dog already, so more pets are not ideal.
