bath close to downtown

In search of a roommate! Needing to have lease signed by december 5th, the apartment complex is parkway crossing by the VA. Ive lived here for years and i really love it, mins to downtown and theres not much traffic. Across the road is an Ingles and dollar tree so its a good location and the rent doesnt go up every year 🥹. Its a bath on the second story, i have a washer and dryer and theres another shared wash room downstairs. Must be able to pass an apartment backround check/ credit check. Rent is varying slightly due to water bill, You would pay $ and i would pay the other $ cause my room is bigger. currently a bartender downtown, and quiet till i get to know ya then i can be pretty chatty 🙃. No dogs, 1 cat possible on a case by case basis, i have 1 orange cat whos incredibly well behaved hes never damaged anything in the apartment so id love to keep it that way lol. I just really need someone whos chill and values calm communication and is willing to contribute time to keeping the house nice for us both! Also side note my cat is super sensitive to aromatics like candles and incense, also things like heavy vaping/ weed inside so i need someone whos okay with just smoking on the porch and not having candles and whatnot for the time being cause it sends my cat into sneezing fits 😕. sure i forgot to include some info so feel free to DM me and come see the spot! thanks for reading! text me
