Private bedroom for rent!

Description

Private bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with one other person) is available now. The house is located in North Hills, about 8 minutes away from CSUN.

Looking for one person only
, preferably female. You would have 2 roommates total and we are respectful, responsible, clean, and considerate so we are looking for someone similar.
Rent price does not include utilities, they are separate.
The house is fully furnished aside from the bedroom available. There is a washer/dryer and parking.
The property is run by a management company so you would be required to submit an application. A deposit is also required.

Small dogs will be considered if house trained. No cats, sorry! We also have a small female dog.
