Two rooms in Highlands Ranch

I have two open bedrooms in a three bedroom house. They share a bathroom. One bedroom is carpeted, the other has hardwood floors. I would like to rent both rooms out to the same person, or two people who want to share the bathroom together. I can rent just one of them out, but if so I will likely make the second bedroom an office. The rooms are down a separate hall from the master, so there is some separation and privacy.

The house is about a mile from Highlands Ranch Town Center. It has quick access to Highlands Ranch trails and is very close to open space. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a three car garage so everyone gets a spot.. Utilities and internet included.

I just purchased the home and will be continually updating things. I am currently patching and repainting the bedrooms and bathroom, so they will be available once that is complete.

The home is no smoking indoors

I keep common areas picked up and clean and am happy either keeping to ourselves or hanging out. I work from home half time. I have shared custody of two dogs who will be visiting intermittently a few weeks a year.
