Hello! currently renting out a bath unit at Seneca Club, a nice apartment with a lot of things to do nearby. My current roommate won't be renewing the lease. The app won't let me edit the need by date but the lease ends on , so I'm seeking someone who will be willing and able to split $ a month with me, not including utilities or market change increses (I got no control over that). I'll be on 1 side of the apartment (master room) while the other room would be empty with a bathroom right across the room. Very spacious living area and a cool balcony. Yes, I do smoke and I dont mind guests coming over every now and then. quiet and to myself for the most part but Ill gladly vibe with those who are open to having a warm living environment.
