Roommate wanted Palm Beach Gardens

....I am male looking for a roommate to share my townhouse in Palm Beach Gardens it is available now , nov th until this post is removed. I own the place so you would be residing with me. looking preferably for a male , please have a car. No smokers , no pets , the room is fully furnished.There is only room for your clothes and your electronics
. It's like checking into a hotel. Sheets and towels provided.. I take care of all the laundry detergents and the dish soaps and the paper towels
...I'm looking for at least a year. first last and security.. all utilities are included as well as tv channels and high speed internet. a month , security. The townhouse is square feet.Of course, you would have full use of everything and I have a patio that's about square feet that is very nicely landscape with a bbq , It's in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens near the colleges and the mall , beachs , parks and interstate ,so it's a very good location. Please be very clean and respectful. The furniture is quality . I'm a very nice guy.I don't mind becoming friends with my roommates. these are those townhouses that are everywhere..So you kinda have to get along.You have two choices in the townhouse , you go up or you go down.
