Description

Looking for a modern apartment complex in LA, just not near Ktown or Downtown. Need to move by October . I work in tech, fully remote with a stable income, but I’m gone pretty often (all of January and June–September). If it’s an apartment complex, I’d just use the coworking or common areas to work.

I’m into music and festivals, so most weekends I’m out. I don’t usually have guests, but totally fine if my roommate does. Pets are cool. I can be social or keep to myself, whatever works. Need a good parking spot because I got a nice car.

I grew up in Ukraine, so I’ve got a very chill, drama-free outlook. I don’t get caught up in small conflicts and prefer to keep things chill and easygoing.

Next travel: Amsterdam October . Then Las Vegas for Halloween and possibly Miami next. Then again Miami in December. Thailand in January. Then will be spending some time in Mexico City. Potential travels: Brazil and Tulum for New Years.
